Job Description:
Establish good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers for HORECA accounts.
Assist and take initiatives in the preparation, proposals, and implementations of business- building plans for each key account/ outlet. Assess account credit terms, follow-up payment delinquencies, and handle incidents of bad orders. Coordinate and communicate with the Logistics Department to ensure on time order processing & deliveries to accounts. Coordinate with the Credit & Collections Department for collections & ageing of receivables. Assist the C&C Department with following up on accounts for overdue payments. Assist the Key Accounts Manager with food and wine pairing tasks for HORECA accounts. Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him / her from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
With Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course; (Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality industry).
Experience not required. With above average negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills. Proficient in Windows MS Excel, MS Powerpoint applications. Proficient in both verbal and written Filipino and English languages. Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated. Willing to do field work in different locations and report to Makati headquarters for administrative tasks and
duties.
