Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Responsible in employees' attendance checking and monitoring for payroll purposes Undertake tasks around performance management Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Ensure compliance with labor regulations Assist the HR Manager in all aspects about Human Resource Management and Development
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or any related field with at least one of relevant experience Has HR Knowledge and strong interpersonal skills Highly trainable and can easily adapt to diverse working environment Resourceful mindset and has strong attention to detail Flexible and has good learning attitude
