Job Description As an
Administrative Assistant , you will play a pivotal role in our client’s success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve answering and directing phone calls, efficiently scheduling appointments and meetings while meticulously documenting minutes. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you manage various forms of correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and forms. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you assist in the preparation of regular reports and maintain an organized filing system. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed? Proven experience in administrative roles
Familiarity with office management systems and equipment
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational abilities for multitasking
