Position: Virtual Assistant / Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,200
Working Hours & Time Zone: 8AM to 5PM EST
Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation and Management: - Draft original content for the website and social media (Instagram, Twitter).
- Assist in optimizing and scheduling posts.
2. Communication Management: - Manage and organize emails.
- Conduct 20-25 LinkedIn outreach activities per week to foster professional connections.
3. Website and Social Media Management: - Update and maintain the website with fresh content.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
4. Research and Analysis: - Perform research into clinical opportunities.
- Investigate small businesses and startups for potential investment or partnership.
- Assist in developing business plans for new ventures.
5. Business Development Support: - Help scope out clinical and business opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of business plans.
6. Personal Assistance: - Schedule and manage personal appointments.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in VA and marketing
- Exerpience in Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT
- Good communications and written skills
