As they expand, they’re seeking a dedicated professional to support their customer communication efforts and streamline operations.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of this fast-paced tree service operation. You’ll manage a high volume of incoming calls, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication flow. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing business while developing your skills in customer service, data management, and administrative support. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Google Voice and Bigin CRM, gaining valuable experience in modern business technologies.
Job Highlights:
• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hours daily 1 PM to 5 PM (1:00 AM - 5:00 AM Manila Time)
• Client Timezone: EST
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls using Google Voice business system
• Promptly return voicemails and respond to customer text messages
• Input and update customer information in Bigin CRM system
• Follow up with customers after estimates are sent, ensuring high conversion rates
• Assist with email communications to maintain excellent customer relations
• Organize and prioritize customer inquiries for efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with the owner to streamline administrative processes
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear English pronunciation
• Proficiency in using Google Voice or ability to quickly master new communication tools
• Experience with CRM systems or demonstrated aptitude for learning new software
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and customer information management
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
• Availability to work part-time, 4 hours daily (preferably 12 PM to 4 PM or 11 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional call handling
• Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours during peak seasons or emergency situations
