Job Description As an
Admin Assistant , you'll play a vital role in our client’s daily operations. You'll take charge of various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. From managing invoices, credit card statements, and expense claims to preparing sales invoices and handling financial inquiries, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be paramount. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our project management and time tracking system, keeping our client’s operations running seamlessly.
Here’s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Part-time
Shift: Mid Shift (Mon - Fri; 1PM - 9PM)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed? 2-10 years of experience in secretarial and administrative tasks
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Trustworthy and detail-oriented
Flexible and open-minded
Fluent in English
Available to work 28-40 hours per week
Can-do mentality
Experience with tools such as Productive, Declaree, Cledara, and Basecone is a plus

Manage invoices, credit card statements, and expense claims
Assist in preparing sales invoices and filing them into vendor systems
Act as the primary contact for financial inquiries and subscription matters
Keep project management and time tracking system up to date
