Job Description As a
Customer Care Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include providing crucial customer support and addressing basic product issues through multiple communication channels such as the Zendesk ticketing system, email, and phone. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating the customer's authorization to receive support, ensuring that we prioritize and assist those who are eligible for our client’s services. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will be instrumental in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the reputation of our client’s organization.

What do you need to succeed? Support/service desk experience is a must.
Technical support experience is a BIG plus.
Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce.com is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Positive approach and the right attitude to solve issues and provide superior customer service. (Include "Customer respect!" if it's meant to be part of this qualification)
Focus on quality, promptness, and customer experience.
Desired Qualifications/Attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
What awaits you in this role? Provide essential customer support and resolve basic product issues via the Zendesk ticketing system, email, and phone.
Validate that the customer is authorized to receive support.
Identify and document what the customer is trying to accomplish, the customer's information, and the symptoms of the issue as detailed as possible.
Escalate issues as needed to Tier 1 and set customer expectations for follow-up.
Work in different shifts to cover our global customer base.
Listen to customers praising how good our products are and how great our support team is.
