Job Description Be part of our client’s team as an
Accounts Receivable Administration Officer . In this role, you will manage various aspects of accounts receivable, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating with customers to resolve queries. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and contributing to our client's efficient operations. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be valued as you help ensure smooth financial processes.

Shift: Day (Mon - Fri, 7AM to 4PM PHT)
Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati
In this role, you will execute the following tasks: Accounts Receivable
Manage payments received via EFTs, cheques, and credit cards;
Follow up, collect and allocate payments;
Carry out collection and reporting activities;
Reconcile accounts;
Monitor debtor account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
Maintain accounts receivable customer files;
Ad Hoc Duties as required by the AR team;
Assist in the unclaimed monies process;
Process customer refunds.
Customer Experience
Communicate with customers via phone and/or email;
Investigate and resolve customer queries;
Foster and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
Administration and Reporting
Follow established procedures for receiving payments and clearing receipts;
Complete daily reporting and bank statement reconciliation;
Compile and distribute daily and monthly financial reports;
Report Unallocated Cash Daily;
Complete NCP (Net cash position) reporting daily;
Complete Daily Pulse each day prior to 11.00AM.
An ideal candidate has: Extensive understanding of accounts receivable processes.
Extensive computer skills, intermediate Excel, and other general accounting packages.
Power BI experience is an advantage.
Good organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
