Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support and issue resolution.
Assist users in account provisioning, password management, and access requests.
Collaborate with the IT team to manage user identities, access privileges, and permissions across various systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM/AM-related issues.
Maintain and update user account profiles, security policies, and access controls.
Required Skills:
Proven experience (3+ years) in providing technical support to end-users.
Strong knowledge of desktop systems, operating systems, and office productivity software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
