THE ROLE
In this role you will gain hands-on marketing experience and exposure to our portfolio of iconic global brands. You will primarily be responsible for:
Coordinating with internal and agency teams to own creative and copy for in-store/online marketing materials, such as digital assets, in-store display, and flyers Project managing the execution of brand and retailer experiences such as events, buying shows, and trainings Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all marketing objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion Analyzing trends and consumer data to track performance and identify new opportunities Managing inventory requests, material orders, and related administration execution
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills – and is an enthusiastic beauty consumer, well-versed in the latest trends!
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree - Administration/Business/Marketing
• MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
• A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent organization skills and team player mindset
• Ability to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders with a “can do” attitude and attention to detail
• Creative, with a grasp of aesthetic sensibility and beauty trends
