Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a largest Canadian ship repair and constructionpany located in Hamilton, ON. We are looking to hire a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a contract basis of 2 months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be working from their hybrid Hamilton Office on a full time basis.
Your new role
Invoice Management:Receive invoices from payables. Print and match invoices to the corresponding purchase order package. Flag any discrepancies or issues requiring action. Purchase Order Support:Assist in filing purchase order packages and packing lists as they arrive. Collaborate with the Purchasing Specialist to request quotes from suppliers. Administration Tasks:Handle other administrative duties as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
