The Toronto Valuation Team is actively seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Operations Coordinator. As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing daily team initiatives and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. We will rely on you to oversee daily admin tasks and project timelines, as well as help coordinate and drive team initiatives forward. We are looking for an individual who possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive "get it done" attitude – someone who will act as the glue that holds our team together fast-paced nature of our work. Beyond being a team player, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic financial literacy.

Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to: MS Windows; MS Office (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) ; Adobe. Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills with various points of data Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to team members and external clients and stakeholders Must be proactive and take initiative with a high attention to detail Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
