Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 2nd year College Completed - No Experience Needed
(or) High School Graduate with 6 months Customer Service Experience
Have Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on site
