Your Role
You will act as a first responder for areas that are within the scope of our customers' systems and infrastructure.
You will oversee and maintain our customers' cloud infrastructure, ensuring that everything is operational.
You will develop solutions for challenging and business-critical problems.
You will work with a wide range of software and engineering teams to support workflows in their existing platform.
You will troubleshoot and participate in the on-call duty to support emergency outages along with our customers' teams.
You will perform root cause analysis, identify and resolve underlying problem patterns, while driving to develop automated and self-healing solutions.
You will be embedded in teams that are focusing on development, quality, performance, reliability, infrastructure, security, and compliance
You will be on an 8-hour rotating shift on a 24×7 coverage.
