What we’re looking for:
● A team player who can easily work with multinational teams
● You have experience in at least one scripting language (e.g: JavaScript, Python, ...), including testing and debugging your code after deployment
● Familiarity with contact center / call center operations
● Your communication skills allow you to communicate technical details to a layman audience
● Understanding of different operating systems
● Ideally you already have experience in telephony systems and SIP
● Ideally basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
● Knowledge about data compliance (GDPR) is a plus
● Your experience comes from either formal education or practical knowledge
● Of course you are fluent in English
