• Responsible for the daily support of Sales transactions
• Assists the Sales Manager
• Close coordination with the Dealers Merchandising Group
• Monitor the itinerary of Area Account Managers and Sales Coordinators every month
• Organize Sales meetings and coordinate with Sales team
• Gather sales reports and concerns from the sales team and present them to the Sales Manager
• Tracks the sales every month per area
• Update sales database of dealers
• Coordinate with the different Department with regards to sales operations
• Ensures that the sales team are in contact with the Head Office
• Organize all sales files
• Taking phone calls from customers and assists walk –in customers
• May be assigned or transferred to any department or section of the company without additional compensation, as the need arises at the discretion of the Management.
