It is the main responsibility of this position to develop, grow and achieve Sales targets and/or profit goals through effective and efficient management and satisfaction of customer needs and requirements. Its objective is to formulate, execute and manage sales, marketing and profitability strategies to optimize business volume by ensuring that customers receive quality products and excellent service in a timely and efficient manner.
It utilizes various channels to prospect and generate leads, including outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms. It initiates contact with potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and understanding their needs. Finally, closely collaborates with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
• Sales or customer-facing experience required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients
