Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team at a large nationwide retail chain. As the ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of ServiceNow projects across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
