- Functional leadership
- Brings to life a tactical plan for a rolling 12 months; Stimulates higher performance standards amongst team members; Ensures execution and performance management systems are tightly connected; Creates integration with upstream and downstream functions; Builds and maintains a team of A players; Coaches team members to next career step.
- Functional performance
- Guides the functional team to achievement of quarterly widget and financial targets; Achieves more with less, faster; Identifies, communicates and manages risks to achievement of functional plan, early.
- Scalable customization practice
- Achieves corporate item gross profit targets from customization; Scalable, repeatable practice; Library of proposal kernels.
- Product roadmap
- Aligns stakeholders on a product vision; Manages the resulting product roadmap; Brings the facts and answers the 'why'; Educates and evangelizes stakeholders on the roadmap; Equips staff to make informed decisions.
