Position: Client Services Assistant
Location: The successful candidate should be located in the Gold Coast area to support our National Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Clearly articulate our conveyancing services, pricing structures, and benefits to clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their confidence in our services.
- Collaborate closely with conveyancers to ensure smooth handover of clients and information.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and conversion goals.
- Contribute to refining sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
- Educate clients on the conveyancing process, answering queries and addressing concerns.
- Provide comprehensive information on legal aspects and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the State Client Services Manager and conveyancers to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A strong background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in client communication.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and office software.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and business priorities.
