Work with the Support Services Team Leader to develop and implement the use of WEC Australia's CRM system (Clarety).
Helpdesk other members of WEC Australia to use the system, including those who use it for maildrops, registration forms, and enquiries.
Work closely with the Media Team as they continue to develop and update the website, which is also run through Clarety.
This is a full or part-time role.
