The Opportunity
The main purpose of this role is to lead and drive operational maturity as it relates to the migration, deployment and ongoing management of customer workloads in Microsoft Azure.
The role will provide technical guidance, training, solutions, and hands-on experience to operational staff who are responsible for the end to end management of customer Azure environments. They will work closely with Microsoft support to drive support outcomes and time-sensitive escalation.
