Seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Rural Sales team
Your main duties will include:
- Processing all sales documentation including quotes to sales orders and Progress Payment Invoicing as per company procedures.
- Ensuring Sales documentation is completed accurately following company specifications and procedures and is processed promptly.
- Processing of all order amendments or changes.
- Educating customers on how to complete sales paperwork and the requirements at each stage in the tank life cycle.
- Liaising with customers on questions or queries regarding the sales paperwork or general enquiries.
- Completing all paperwork follow-ups with customers to ensure prompt processing of orders.
- Be a point of contact for incoming calls to the Hazelmere office and distribute those calls appropriately.
- Liaising with scheduling and production teams to ensure production timetables and lead times are current.
- Aiding with general admin duties across the business when reasonably required.
- Maintaining correct records as per company requirements.
- Participating in Production, Toolbox and all employee meetings where needed.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities to check, evaluate and develop performance.
- Performing duties following relevant Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, Policies and Procedures including hazard and risk analysis, management and reporting.
- Performing duties following Kingspan department specific Policies, Procedures and Working Instructions.
- Reporting to supervisors as per company specifications as outlined above.
- Ensuring all required training and certification stays current.
