Our client is seeking a highly motivated Operations & Service Chapter Lead to oversee all aspects of their store and online operations, services, incidents, and releases.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Lead a dedicated support team, providing day-to-day coaching and guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Champion operational excellence by prioritizing work, mitigating risks, and fostering strong communication across IT teams.
- Own critical incidents, coordinating resolution and communication with all involved stakeholders.
- Identify and implement new tools to ensure faster and more effective problem-solving.
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment for your team, providing coaching and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong background in IT operations and service management (ITIL preferred).
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of success in motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience in implementing automation strategies and utilizing relevant tools.
- Understanding of Network Infrastructure and standard Internet Protocols.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows products along with Active Directory domains, Group Policy.
- Understanding of scripting using Batch, PowerShell.
- Windows Desktop software practical knowledge.
- Payments Experience (Desirable).
