We are open to discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Your Daily Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload and completing therapeutic services.
- Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
- Recommending the provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
- Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
