Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven sales champion who is energised by reaching out and enhancing existing customer relationships. As a vital member of the Lincoln Sentry outbound team, you will offer exemplary, market-leading service and be passionate about understanding your customers and their challenges, with solutions at hand. An expert in your customers’ purchasing habits, you will thoughtfully advise them on how Lincoln Sentry can meet their current requirements and also anticipate their future needs. You may assist them by servicing sales over the phone or help them with purchasing through our online service. Success in this role will be building solid and profitable relationships with your customer base and becoming their trusted advisor.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in In-field Sales or Outbound/Inbound Telesales. While experience in the trade industry is advantageous, it is not a mandatory prerequisite.
- Proficiency in customer and account management is crucial. This involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess expertise in outbound sales techniques and be adept at consultative selling.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an important technical skill.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities for handling a dynamic sales environment.
