Job Specification:
A friendly independent pharmacy in North West Melbourne is looking for an experienced Retail Manager who is highly motivated and genuinely enjoys delivering patient-focused professional services and advice. This position requires previous experience in pharmacy retail management and a proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Directing a team of 12-15 people, rostering, and HR administration.
- Induction and staff training.
- The ability to negotiate any staff issues that may arise.
- Oversee the ordering, stock management, and invoicing for all FOS stock. Merchandising and stocktaking.
- Maintaining internal/external stakeholder relationships.
Skills Required:
Certificate 2 or 3 in Pharmacy-S2/S3 Certificate.
Previous 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Leadership, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in QCPP accreditation.
Salary & Benefits:
