Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant that will provide comprehensive support. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage key projects, handle email and diary management, maintain to-do lists, prepare agendas, and ensure the Managing Director stays on track with tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects across all businesses.
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's email inbox, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time management.
- Maintain detailed to-do lists and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Keep the Managing Director accountable for their tasks and deadlines through regular check-ins, reminders, and prompts.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
