We are recruiting for a customer-focused and enthusiastic professional to join the Shared Services Centre as a Senior Payroll Analyst located in Parramatta, NSW. The role is a 12-month fixed-term Maternity Leave position, with a possible extension of up to 4 months beyond this time.
What You'll Do:
- End to end processing of company payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis related to super, tax, and payments.
- Updating and maintaining employee payroll records.
- Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances, etc.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
- Maintain employees' electronic files with appropriate records to meet legal obligations.
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
This role is a great fit for you, if you have: - Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
- A degree/diploma in HR or Accounting (highly desirable).
- Intermediate experience using a large Payroll system as well as MS Excel skills.
- A good understanding of the Australian Legislation for PAYG Tax, Superannuation, and Payroll Tax and related compliance obligations.
- A team player who has a proven record of team collaboration.

- A high attention to detail and are able to prioritize and organize your approach to your work and meet timelines.
