What success looks like in this role:
Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
Test and certify PCs.
Provide follow-up on problems, escalations, and requests.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according to the ticketing system.
Provide on-call support.
Some travel may be required.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Baseline/NV1 required for this role
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support and/or service desk support
- Customer service experience
