We are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to provide support to the daily operations of the Accounts Payable function and provide general administration support to the Corefleet business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with suppliers for missing invoices to reconcile to statements
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve standard Accounts Payable issues/queries
- Post receipted invoices in Business Central
- Monitor and respond to Account Payable queries in the AP inbox
- Process and follow up Accounts Payable credit applications
- Assist with Accounts Receivable duties as required
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in finance administration mainly accounts payable. Additionally, the position also requires the following:
- Have a friendly manner and ability to communicate confidently with all levels within the business
- Excellent coordination and time management skills
- Strong teamwork ethic, with a hands-on approach to completing tasks
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Previous exposure to Business Central ERP system is desirable
