Job Description
- Collaborate with the Sales team to introduce our cross-border solution to prospect customers.
- Help clients understand the power and flexibility of our platform, explaining technical features and solving potential roadblocks.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing key customer technical objections and developing strategies to resolve technical impediments.
- Make integration strategy recommendations to successfully implement complete solutions and optimise platform effectiveness.
- Travel to sales meetings and technological workshops at customer sites as required.
- Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.
- Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients.
- Stay updated with product features and roadmaps, contributing client and prospect feedback to internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering solution pitches and conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3+ years' experience in solution design/integration within a SaaS-based environment.
- BA/BS/Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
- Firm understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services), and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience in close working interactions with distant teams.
- Ability to learn and work with varying technological environments and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a changing environment.
- Previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations environment is a strong advantage.
