Our experienced and highly collaborative project teams deliver civil construction services for projects ranging from $1 million through to $150 million across various contracting models, including early contractor involvement, design and construct, schedule rates/bill of quantities, and lump sum.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the engineering construction of all civil projects that are completed by the company.
- Work closely with the project team on costing changes to the project scope and/or pricing of variations to ensure the project meets financial goals.
- Regularly review operations to identify areas of improvement and opportunity to reduce costs whilst still meeting service and delivery requirements.
- Represent SEE Civil’s position with the client in any contract negotiations or disputes.
- Responsible and accountable for the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works.
- Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, as well as keeping informed of all developments in legislative requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Provide advice, support, and assistance to project staff and clients in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification – Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
- Current Drivers Licence
- First Aid/CPR
