About the Role
The administrative officer (AO2) position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Capital Infrastructure and Engineering team. The administrative officer is responsible for the day to day maintenance of established filing systems, quality customer service both in person and on the phone, timely and accurate entry of payroll data into the Health Roster System as well as other administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for someone who has:
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work within a strong team environment.
