Training and Development
There is almost too much training as they want staff to be as technically strong as possible. This includes both internal and external training on a regular basis.
Client Base
The client base ranges from individual tax returns all the way up to large corporates with $50M in turnover. You will look after all the needs of the clients in your portfolio, which will include advising on issues such as valuations, structuring, employee share schemes, and tax advice. It’s important to note that junior candidates will learn and assist you on these advisory issues but aren’t thrown straight onto them if they haven’t had the experience.
Minimum Requirements
Seeking 5+ years Business Services experience. CA or CPA Qualified.
