Our Client, a multinational energy company, based in Perth, are currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers.
Key skill requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- 1+ years experience
- Superb customer services & communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- Treating Customers Fairly
- Work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion
Contact Centre experience is advantageous; candidates will be working in a fast-paced environment handling 40-50 calls a day.
This is a full-time hybrid contract role for an initial 3 months with the possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed), and you will be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Role is £14.02 per hour.
