Job Overview
Reporting to the Regional Manager for Bulk-on-Site (BOS), you will lead regional projects in line with the technical requirements, company guidelines and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving activities in the nominated area(s) to implement and maintain a safe workplace culture, reliability, quality, and compliance of customer installations.
- Seeking highest customer satisfaction by leveraging existing systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Analyse, execute, and provide accurate project costings within allocated funds.
- Assist with managing regional installations and maintenance costs.
- Interact closely with customers from the initial stages of the project (i.e., planning and design) through to completion and overall support of maintenance activities.
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance to Safe Work Methods Statements and risk assessment.
- Implement and monitor the regional asset management structure.
- Participate in the development or upgrading of Standard Operations Procedures through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and recommend improvements of technical solutions to the national engineering team.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
- Skills in AutoCAD to modify standard drawings
- Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Experience in project implementation and customer management
- Experience in gas equipment maintenance
- Positive attitude to learning new things and welcoming a challenge
- Innovative thinking and influencing leadership
- Solution-focused decision making
