About the Role:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with insurers, customers, and third parties to gather necessary information and negotiate claims.
- Manage a ledger of credit hire rental invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Negotiate claims and settlements with various insurers and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Overseeing a portfolio of claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of claims.
About You:
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Claims/Collections or Automotive Industry is advantageous but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tech savvy and strong administrative skills.
- Embody an enthusiastic and empathetic personality.
- Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
- Detail-oriented and self-organised.
