THE ROLE
- Manage website, email, and phone orders efficiently
- Collaborate with the purchasing, goods inwards, and dispatch departments as needed
- Deliver exceptional service in all aspects of your role
- Process customer credit card payments when required
- Proactively provide strong sales support to Account Managers
- Prepare customer quotes upon request
- Handle sales team returns/credits as necessary
- Execute general administrative duties as needed
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in a similar office-based customer service position
- Strong communication skills and an ability to promote our products
- Professional telephone etiquette with a talent for addressing customer inquiries
- Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills
- Familiarity with Pronto is a must
- Team player with a willingness to learn
