As a Claims Consultant , you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

This Role Will Include, But Not Limited To
- Manage a portfolio of 300-350 motor claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
- Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an insurance or claims related role highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
