Salesforce Omnistudio Developer - Hybrid

As a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer , you’ll play a crucial role in developing applications in the assigned area of responsibility on CRM and peripheral systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Architect / Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Salesforce Omnistudio components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Omnistudio development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Ensure code quality, maintain standards, and follow best practices.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in developing guided journeys using Omniscripts, Data Raptors & Integration components using Integration Procedures in Omnistudio and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Ability to use Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,
- Familiarity with Docusign or other e-signature tools for document management. (Preferred)
- Exposure to document generation tools such as Omnistudio or Docusign. (Preferred)
- Understanding of the Salesforce Discovery Framework for efficient requirements gathering. (Preferred)
Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus. (Preferred)
