We are looking for the best MSP-specialised Onsite IT support technician in Newcastle. Why would such a mythical creature consider coming to First Focus? What makes First Focus better than where you are today?

Role
In this role you will:
- Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to one of our customers.
- Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions.
- Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking and other IT equipment.
- Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain a best practice environment.
- Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
- Must have vehicle and full driver's license. (Mandatory)
