What you’ll do
- Play a pivotal role in driving NRMA Roadside’s growth by strategically identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and nurturing client relationships across our battery and towing divisions.
- Develop and execute innovative battery and towing sales strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer growth and penetration of emerging markets.
- Develop business plans, proposals, and partnership agreements with defined key performance indicators to drive sales growth and customer retention across CSC networks, B2B Accounts, and NRMA Group businesses.
- Cross-collaborate across NRMA group businesses to develop and optimise a unified sales journey for battery and towing services.
- Support the development, rollout, and scaling of proof of concept initiatives to transition successful projects to business-as-usual operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in battery sales.
- Foster robust relationships with internal and external business partners to drive budgeting, pricing strategies, and product development.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record of success in business development, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of business development within mobility and related industries and the ability to understand client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
