We are looking to appoint a Service Administrator to provide support to our Mackay Branch on a full-time basis.

The key responsibilities will include:
- Parts procurement
- Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager
- Administering invoicing processes
- Providing customer service of high standards
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Previous experience within a mechanical and parts environment is an advantage
- Attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills, with a willingness to learn Business Central
