Organisational Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion

Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, the newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver organisational development projects within our Future Workforce Strategy
- Contribute to developing CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan
- Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments
- Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion
- Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values
- Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics
- Analyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metrics
Selection criteria:
- Qualifications in Organisational psychology or human resources
- Human resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects
- Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion practices
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management
- Experience of managing small- medium projects or events with a pro-active approach
- Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders
- Blue card and NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help)
