We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will support the execution of the Loan Market growth strategy by helping to achieve local state-based recruitment targets. Your main duty will be to focus on the hiring of Loan Writers and Admin Staff into our broker network. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic team player with previous experience in a fast-paced prospecting and recruitment role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with and utilise Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other means to build out a Recruitment Pipeline of Loan Writers.
- Record all activity and contacts in Hubspot, and utilise Hubspot Sequencing via our Recruitment Marketing Resource to communicate with Prospect Pipeline.
- Assist in running profiling and filling current vacancies (both Loan Writer and Client Service Manager) for our existing Broker Network - full end-to-end support to fill a position.
- Work collaboratively with other corporate members and brokers to assist in converting the prospect to a recruit and still own the process.
- Contribute to and help drive the National Recruitment Strategy (Businesses/Loan Writers/CSM’s).
- Coordinate and support Recruitment events through organising presenters and creating agendas.
- Provide ad-hoc support in onboarding new brokers.
- Represent Loan Market at industry events - build & refine database quality.
To succeed in this role you will bring with you:
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment (agency recruitment).
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and G-Mail).
- Familiarity with Seek, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter & other Recruitment Solutions.
- Experience within lending or broking would be highly regarded.
