Job Description
In your new role as an HR Advisor, you will support the team in:
- Providing high-quality advice to senior leaders on daily employee relations, performance management issues and related matters.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
- Providing advice and ensuring compliance with HR policies, company guidelines and procedures.
- Supporting HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.
- Facilitating new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Performing HR generalist duties, as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as an HR Advisor, ideally within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field (ideal).

- $80,000 - $100,000 + super, dependent on experience.
