This role will oversee the end-to-end claims management process for domestic property claims.

The Role Will Include, But Not Limited To:
- End-to-end claims management of domestic property claims.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of legislation and industry trends.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience handling property claims desirable but also open to candidates with the right transferable skillset.
- Willingness to learn and drive to succeed essential.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a genuine concern for people and acting with integrity.
- Display confidence in decision-making and empowerment, complemented by actively listening and guiding stakeholders through the claims process with empathy.
- Showcase proficiency in computer skills, adaptability to new systems, effective prioritization of work, and a willingness to seek assistance when needed.
