Expression of Interest - Customer Service Officer / Call Centre
Location: Parramatta
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: $32 - $35 p/h + super
Job Description: Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to make a positive impact on the community? Quay Appointments is seeking skilled and compassionate Customer Service Officer / Call Centre operators for an expression of interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with resolving issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent service experience.
- Stay informed about government policies and procedures to address queries effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and databases.
- Knowledge of government policies and procedures is a plus.
