Position Overview:
The Director of Operations and Integration will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of operations throughout the company. The Director will lead a team of direct reports and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals. This role is crucial in managing the successful integration of new acquisitions and ensuring operational excellence across all centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Management:
- Lead integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with Southern Home Services' standards and practices.
- Lead integration meetings and ongoing communications with key stakeholders.
- Operational Implementation:
- Drive operational implementation throughout Southern Home Services, including the tactical integration of Southern Operations (SoOps) and procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation and usage of the Service Titan operating system across all business locations.
- Support strategic direction and implementation of companywide processes and procedures for Safety, HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Directly manage Integration GMs, Process Manager, and Service Titan team.
- Provide oversight for fleet processes and procedures.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth and expansion goals.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal departments (IT, HR, Marketing, Ops).
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence. Experience in the home services or related industry is highly desirable.
